Who is Event Builders?
Event Builders is a virtual team of Project Managers managed and directed
by Marcy Weeks. The team includes:
Marcy Weeks
Marcy Weeks began her career as an event planner in the software industry
in 1984. She currently owns and operates Event Builders, a consulting firm
specializing in high tech event marketing. She employs a team of project
managers and in-house support staff.

Her extensive experience with all facets of event coordination includes:
venue searches, facility logistics, budget management & reporting; food &
beverage planning, collateral production, registration management and
transportation scheduling.
As President of Event Builders and lead Project Manager, she has a highly
developed ability to simultaneously manage several projects and aspects of
event planning in addition to managing and overseeing the responsibilities
of her team.

Holly Burrows
Holly Burrows has worked in the Sales and Event Marketing arena over the
past 15 years. Her background includes experience in retail promotions,
trade and special events.
Her most recent experience includes multiple-city venue searches, logistics
management, international event coordination and travel, specializing in
on-site registration management and meeting execution.

Dianne Wiroll
Dianne contributes 10 years of meeting planning experience to the Event Builders team specializing in venue searches, food & beverage
planning, hotel accommodations, transportation, budget management &
tracking, Notes database design and special events. She has strong
management and organizational skills as well as a high level of competency
with Lotus products.
In recent years, her project responsibilities have ranged from managing
smaller components of large meetings and events to complete responsibility
and overall project management of 2 separate Lotus tours.
