Event Builders was founded in Stratham, New Hampshire in 1989. We are currently headquartered in Moultonborough, New Hampshire. The firm specializes in marketing and corporate events for high-technology and telecommunications software/hardware manufacturers.

Event Builders' unique approach to building a virtual team of planners provides unparalleled service at an affordable price. We start with a core team of experienced Project Managers who work together on a regular basis. 

Next we determine the needs of the project through a series of meetings with the client, we define the exact requirements and expertise needed to execute a successful program. Once all the parameters are gathered we build a team, or assign a planner that will best suit the client and the event.

The Project Managers who work for Event Builders each have a minimum of 10 years experience. We are capable of working on large conferences for 10,000 attendees or roundtable meetings for 20 attendees. Our staff is as comfortable with an event in Singapore, as with one at the Hynes Auditorium in Boston.
